Birch
Birch is the Wonder Dog because he was born on the streets of Puerto Rico (PRSD) and was homeless for the first year and a half of his life. He didn’t know about people, living inside a house, being fed every day or having his own bed, but he has learned all that and so much more.
Now he LOVES being a Therapy Dog, lying on his quilt & having children read to him; having his belly rubbed is his favorite thing!
Birch would love to read any messages sent to him just like he loves his readers to sign his PAW-o-Graph book!
Birch is at the Brandywine Hundred Library the 1st & 4th Wednesday of each month at 7 pm.
He is STEX Adv., CGC, PAWS-MC

PS I LOVE YOU BIRCH
Ashlee,
It is so nice to hear from you! I love to have kids read to me. I really enjoyed you reading to me!! I hope you will do it again soon.
I was born on the streets of Puerto Rico as a homeless dog about ten years ago. A very nice person in the military rescued me & brought me to New Jersey where I was put up for adoption. Karen & I have been together for more than eight years.
I am a mutt which means I have several breeds in my dog parents & grandparents. Karen had my DNA checked to find out which ones – Chow Chow, Chihuahua, Parson’s Russell Terrier, Daschund, Great Pyrenees &
Minature Pinscher. Karen thinks I’m marvelous!!
Love,
Birch
