Hi! My name is Gizmo and I just turned nine years old in May 2015. I’m a black Labrador Retriever.
I was a certified Service Dog with Canine Partners for Life for over five years. Then, I hurt my knees, and I couldn’t do a lot of walking and service tasks for my Mom, so I became her certified Companion Dog.
I can still do all sorts of tasks and tricks that don’t make me jump up on my hind legs. I can give you five and shake hands. I’m a very friendly guy! Just ask me!
I’m also cool, calm, and collected.
I’m looking forward to hearing your stories read aloud to me. One of my favorite books is “Go Dog Go!”
