He was bred to be a guide dog, but at the time he was due to go back for his training, The Seeing Eye had a highly unusual backlog of puppies.  For the first time ever, The Seeing Eye offered a number of puppy raisers the option of adopting their puppies one of which was Ellis!

Ellis enjoys reading at Mount Pleasant Elementary.
