Tricks of the Trade

Course Description: Come learn valuable “tricks” that you and your therapy companion can use while visiting! These are all simple to learn and can add variety to you own repertoire of fun behaviors that can entertain and distract. “Tricks” include:
– High 5
– High 10
– Gentle paw
– Putting head on lap
– Crawl
– Spin (left and right)
– Toss a treat
– “Reading” a book
– Back up
– Waiving goodbye (or hello)

Requirements:

• Must be a PAWS member

Cost: $40.00 (1 person & 1 pet, single session)

You will need to bring:

• Treats: We recommend bringing 3 levels of treats for variety and motivation
• Flat, straight leash and approved collar: flat, buckled collar; Martingale; harness
