I would like to make a donation for a special program of PAWS for People

A $25 donation helps provide a PAWS pet therapy team with specialized training to provide support for individuals who have experienced trauma or PTSD.
A $50 donation helps provide training and materials for a PAWS team to provide educational support to a struggling reader. or a child with autism
A $100 donation helps provide a DeStress/Mental Wellness visit to a school, hospital, or other site.

Participant Waiver of liability: In consideration of accepting this entry, I, the intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my family, my heirs, executors, & administrators, forever waiver, release & discharge Pet-Assisted Visitation Volunteer Services, Inc. (DBA PAWS for People), the Town of Dewey, The City of Rehoboth, and other sponsors of this event and/or their representatives from any and all liability arising from illness, personal injury, or property damage which I or my pet(s) suffer and/or cause as a result of participation in this event. I attest that my own physical condition and that of my pet(s) are adequate to participate in this event. Further, I grant full permission to PAWS for People and/or agents hereby authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings or any other legitimate media for any purpose at any time. I have read the waiver carefully & understand it.*
